COMMISSION PROCESS





Before Commissioning





Check to ensure commission status is open! You may still enquire if it is not, but you may not get a slot instantly. Sometimes, slots are only open for certain commission types as well.



Requesting for Commission





Reach out to us on Twitter! Remember to include your reference sheet, and any other requests and/or details we may need. We require a colored reference sheet for all commissions except if you're getting a design commission.



Payment





Once everything is confirmed and you are agreeable, we'll send you an invoice on Paypal. Proceed to make payment, and we'll mark the invoice as order processed/paid.



Commission In Progress





Sit back and relax while we work on your commission! Sketches are provided for rendered commissions only. You may request for up to three changes for such commissions, any more changes is to our sole discretion with additional charge. Please refer to each commission type page to check if it comes with a sketch approval phase.



Completion of Commission





Once your commission is completed, it'll be sent to you via Google Drive.

Then you can proceed to use the commission as desired! Remember to credit us on all platforms where you use our work.



After Commissioning





We may reach out to you if you have missed out any crediting.

On our end, we also credit the character to you when we post it on Twitter, with the exception of commission notifications and examples shown when listing commissions.


​Should you have any issues with your commission, please reach out to us within a week after delivery of commission.



RULES



.No sketch is provided for commissions unless stated otherwise on each commission type page


Full payment before starting on commissions! Your slot will only be confirmed after payment has been received


All prices are based on USD. Payment method would be Paypal, with an invoice. If you are from Singapore, prices can be converted to SGD and payment can be made via Paynow as well


Turnaround time ranges from 1 day to 3 months, depending on your commission type. This would depend on your position in queue as well. Turnaround time starts once it's your turn in the queue.


Feel free to use my art for personal usage. For commercial usage including but not limited to mass redistribution and physical merchandise, please contact me for commercial rates.


You are to credit me for my services at all times. You can refer to my home page here for the respective socials I have. Should you prefer to not credit me, please enquire for commercial usage rates instead.


I will still be allowed to post my art to any of my socials and use all pieces as my portfolio.


Should you require the commission to be private, you need to make it known before payment. Otherwise, further requests will be to my sole discretion on a case by case basis. Should you require a Live2D commission to stay private for debut matters and model reveals, I will only be able to keep it private for a maximum of up to 3 weeks. Please make it known before payment.


Unwatermarked versions of my services will not be provided, aside from Live2D commissions. For design commissions, it will be on a case by case basis only if it is requested before payment. The watermarked version provided to you will be non-intrusive.


Strictly no refunds once your slot is confirmed. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason on my end, a full refund will be given.


Do not resell any of my pieces above cost price. Should you need to resell the work, please let me know in advance and request for permission.


If you are commissioning from a trial and/or discounted slots, please note that there is no options available for keeping your commission private. Such slots are offered for portfolio purposes, thus if you'd like to keep a commission private, please opt for regular slots once available.


Please let me know if there are any issues with your commission within one week after delivery. Failure to do so by only bringing up any issues after some time has passed may result in me being unable to address or fix any possible issues since the commission will be assumed to be completed, delivered, and received successfully.


By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read all my TOS and are agreeable to its contents.
